Singapore Paincare TCM Wellness provides holistic TCM treatment for shoulder pain. Our signature Yin-Yang harmony approach aims to correct qi flow and shoulder movements, promoting healing and wellness.
SHOULDER PAIN CAUSES
There could be many causes of shoulder pain, ranging from inappropriate movement or posture, from an old injury to long-term wear and tear. All these contribute to qi blockages along the shoulder meridians, resulting in pain.
Shoulder pain may be an indication of injury and inflammation of the muscles, tendons, or other soft tissue around the shoulder area.
Besides localised shoulder pain, some patients may suffer from tightness, pain, or numbness in the surrounding areas.

This treatment protocol aims to reduce your pain and restore your body to health, improving your overall well-being in daily life.
How Many Sessions Are Needed To See Improvement?
We recommend at least 6 sessions for sustained improvement of the shoulder condition. Treatment should be done once a week or more to see better results. Pain reduction varies among individuals, depending on the severity and length of time in which the condition has persisted. We typically see our patients’ conditions improve after 3 treatment sessions.
