Leg/heel pain could be caused by improper movements causing stress and trauma to the leg or heel which causes the qi to stagnate.
Western view
Leg/heel pain might indicate inflammation of a tendon or sprains in your leg/heel area. It could also be due to a cramp in muscles or indicate issues with the nerves.

Symptoms / Diagnosis
Patients may experience throbbing, stabb and or dull pain in the leg/heel area depending on the cause and severity. Movement may also be restricted at certain angles, affecting patients’ ability to walk. There will be pain at specific points upon finger pressure in most patients.

Depending on the severity and length of time that the condition has been present, your TCM physician will advise you on a treatment plan required for complete recovery.
Are There Any Post Treatment Advisory?
• The patient will be provided with an exercise manual and if necessary, physiotherapy may be provided alongside TCM treatment.
• During this period, make sure you consume more nutritious foods and stay away from cold beverages.
